CUI Safe AI is a public, read-only reference site. There are no accounts and we never ask you for Controlled Unclassified Information. Please do not send CUI to us by email.
Analytics
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are read and where people click or scroll. Clarity uses cookies and similar technology and may record anonymized session data such as clicks, scrolling and page views. Microsoft processes this data under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. We use it only to improve the site, not to identify you.
You can block Clarity with a standard content blocker, or by blocking cookies for clarity.ms in your browser. The site works the same either way.
If you sign up for email alerts, we store your email address with our email provider, Resend, so we can send status-change alerts. We do not sell or share it. Every alert will include an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to delete your address at hello@cuisafeai.com. If you email hello@, sponsors@ or corrections@cuisafeai.com, we use your message only to reply.
Affiliate and sponsor disclosure
Some pages include a clearly labeled "Tools that help with CMMC" block that links to compliance vendors. Today those are plain links to each vendor's official site, and we are not paid for them. In the future some links may become affiliate links, which means we could earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. Any such link will be marked "affiliate" and use a sponsored link tag. Vendors may also pay for labeled placements or newsletter sponsorships.
None of this affects the tracker. FedRAMP status, Impact Level and CUI answers come only from primary sources and are never for sale. See how we verify and how vendors can work with us.
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard request data (such as IP address) to deliver and protect the site.
