Can I use it with CUI?

Only in a separate environment

Anthropic says Claude Enterprise is not FedRAMP authorized today. A third-party NIST SP 800-171r3 attestation is available under NDA, but Anthropic says it is not a government authorization or CMMC certification. For CUI, Anthropic points to Claude for Government, Bedrock GovCloud or Vertex.

Notes

Anthropic's FAQ calls the Marketplace status 'in process'; the Marketplace itself shows 'Initial Implementation'. The GSA Buy AI table lists Claude Enterprise as a OneGov offer at $1 'until Sep 2026'; check whether it has been renewed. DoW contractors should read the supply chain note on the Claude for Government page: a 41 U.S.C. 4713 exclusion of Claude was upheld by the D.C. Circuit on September 25, 2026.

Not legal advice. A CUI answer here describes what public authorization records say, not whether your specific contract, data or configuration is compliant. Confirm with your contracting officer, assessor or counsel.
